During the mixing stage, our experienced engineers meticulously blend all the elements of your track, including vocals, instruments, and effects. Once the mix is finalised, our mastering experts take the finished mix and apply the final touches to enhance its overall sonic quality and loudness. We carefully optimise the frequency balance, stereo width, dynamic range, and overall tonality of the track. This ensures that your music sounds professional and competitive when played alongside other commercial releases.

By this point, you've probably spent so many hours listening to your project that you’re struggling to be decisive or have found yourself doubting whether it is truly finished. If requested, we can give you a mix critique, feedback on any specific parts you're concerned about, or suggestions for any little tweaks that will aid the mastering process.

Sit back, relax and with your brief in mind, we will get to work on bringing your project over the finish line, making sure it’s the best sounding version of itself.
We like good communication, so we will explain the decisions we’ve made during the mastering process and why. This is normally through a short email accompanying the first master.

Normally we hit the mark first time around, but if you'd like any tweaks, you'll get free, unlimited revisions within 30 days of receiving the first master.

We don't charge extra for alternate mixes. This means any radio edits, instrumentals or PA mixes will be included in the price to make sure you have everything you need.

We will deliver every single file type that you need for the distribution plan. We’re talking Hi-Res WAVs, MP3s, Apple Digital Masters, Vinyl Ready Masters and DDPs - Whatever you need!

If needed, we can embed metadata into your files before final delivery. We will send over a form for this when we book the project in!

If major changes are made to the mix, remasters will be subject to charge.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment
Payment should be made via our payment portal for mixing and mastering. You will receive confirmation via email. Payment is required before a project can begin. For larger projects (EPs and Albums) please contact us for more information. Audio will be streamable, but not downloadable until full payment is received.
Storage
After completion of the project, I cannot guarantee that the files won’t be deleted. It is the client’s responsibility to back up their audio files.
Turnaround
Turnaround time quoted will be to receive your first mix and master. Turnaround time for the completion of the project will be dependent on the amount of revisions required after reviewing your first mix and master.
Refunds
We reserve the right to turn down projects at our discretion. The client is responsible for reading and understanding the entire Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy. The client is also responsible for making sure all questions and concerns are answered before making an order. By making payment, the client states that they have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.
Revisions
Every client is entitled to free unlimited revisions within 30 days of receiving their first mix or master. After 30 days, any revisions required will be subject to charge. For mastering, if major changes are made to the mix, remasters will be subject to charge.
